Good chapter. Things are progressing along naturally. I like Spike's restraint. He is being quite patient, and that is what he needs to do. Thankfully he keeps seeing through some things. With Faith there, it really helps too. She has the female perspective to help Spike out. Look forward to the next update.

Some very heavy and hard subjects being written about here. I think that you are doing a fine job though with handling these subjects in a manner true to form and real life. I will always hope that everything turns out all right in the end, but I know that doesn't always happen ... nothing will ever be completely all right when you deal with something like this, but you can find some happiness again.
