Just hit me with an obvious stick - of course the therapist would be Holden! Boy did I ever miss that one coming (hangs head in shame).THAT WAS HEART-IN-THROAT worthy! So sad, but so illuminating (hopefully for everyone). But now, poor Spike is going to beat himself up over what Parker did. I sure hope it doesn't put anymore strain/pressure/confusion on Buffy and Spikes tender relationship. This is just so moving. More please please please.

another wonderful update, glad i saw it~! i feel so bad for Spike right now because he blames himself for the thing with Parker and Buffy. Its nice to see her letting him in even if its slowly. Wonderful update and i cant wait for the next, brilliantly written :)

I'm enjoying the pace, you seem to nail really well the slow evolution of her emotions and the healing process. I don't like it when people just make Buffy 100% better once Spike walks in, it's terribly unrealistic and i pleased that you don't do that. Take care

Very nice update. I was glad the level of Buffy's pain was taken down just a notch (thanks to Spike's support) in this chapter - it's all still there - but the chapter was kind of a "breather" from the constant pain Buffy is going through (and Spike's pain at not being able to help as much as he wants). I really loved this update and look forward to more - I know it might get worse again, but I can't wait until Parker is dealt with on a more permanent basis (still hoping for that "bang them in the ass" prison I think he derserves - he'd make some big lughead a lovely bitch! Thanks so much for writing this moving tale!
