Absolutely loved Faith, Angel, and Riley -- how you made them all Spike's friends and allies for Buffy, when these characters are so often villains in spuffy stories. So great! Also, wondering why you mention that Spike is a psych major in your summary since it doesn't seem to have anything to do with anything (yet at least) and for undergrad it doesn't really mean that much anyway.
Author's Response: It comes into play (at least a little bit) later in the story, as far as who he knows- contacts, etc. It's also one of the reasons that Willow approached him, because she knew he would be compassionate with an edge. I wanted to get a little bit of William in there, while still calling him Spike :-) Thanks for reviewing!

Oh, they are soooooo connecting .... and its mutual. Buffy has got to let Spike help her now. By kissing him back she's acknowledged that she doesn't belong with Parker, even if she doesn't want to admit it out loud yet. Loved the chapter (isn't it amazing all the things that go on in libraries?!). Please update soon - this tale is really awesome and it's moved up on my "I need a fix of this" list.
