Loved the kiss - wasn't expecting it! I like the whole angst of this chapter - or the desperation of the situation I might say. I hope Buffy comes to her senses soon about all those little lies she tells herself or says out loud. Great job! Can't wait to see how the party goes :)

Buffy's fear and resignation are well written, as is Spike's anger. The frat party could easily become a brawl. I wish Buffy would be the one to confront Parker, but if Spike has to give him the beating he deserves, so be it.

Awww, I hope Spike will be able to help her. I also hope Parker will get a severe ass kicking. I would actually prefer it if Buffy was the one that decided to kick his ass, but I'm thinking that won't happen. Spike playing the hero is always good, too.
