Isn't it time yet to write Parker out of this by putting him jail (after Spike catches him punching Buffy and beats him to a bloody pulp!). I always thought Parker was a prick on the series and after what he did to Buffy there, it's real believable to see him in the role you've written for him. Hated him then, hate him even more now. I would love to see Buffy fight back big time and knock him on his ass, but I want to see Spike be a hero even more. Great tale (heart wrenching, but great). OMG I can't believe that Parker's such a prick!! even OParker on BtVS was better than this! It really tugs at my heart strings to see Buffy being abused by Parker, becaue something similar happened to one of my closest friends... and it was not pretty! The book thing was hilarious. I'm very much enjoying the interaction between the two. It was so lovely yet bittersweet the way she responded to him just caressing her face. Probably so used to Parker touching her in violence or for his own selfish needs. Awesome chapter.
