i really enjoy ur story.. but to me.. the plot here is a bit predictable... saw it coming chappies ahead.. but other than that.. it rocks..

Author's Response: Its only predictable in that I laid those clues quite clearly, with regards to this character. I don't think this story is over-all predictable, but you're free to disagree. I write to please the muse and if the muse is happy, then I'm happy.

I honestly think that your writing off all the chapters is very good. I may need to look back over the story, but I don't recall any point where the story has a lull. You have crafted this all very nicely and I am enjoying the process. The only thing that I can say is that I think spike uses nicknames a little too much. While I understand that this is part of the character I think it might be a little over done. Either way I would read the story though because it is a plot that has not been done to death and that makes it all the more interesting.

Author's Response: Spike in canon very rarely used a person's given name; and usually with only a precious few. There's instances of if, yes, however, in this respect I've often let the muse control that aspect -- and since the muse hasn't been wrong yet, I'll trust that voice in my head.

So Buffy remembers that she did jump off the tower - but nothing more. I think doing the spell will be good. And Kirsten is talking now. Faith will do the spell - that's right: she wasn't there when the other spell was cast. Kirsten .. oh my - Dawn had to die and she saved her (when Spike is right)? I wonder if this will have consequences. Good chapter :)

WOW!!! Are you telling me that Dawn was not supposed to make it. Kristen is in big trouble now that daddy knows who she is. I hope Buffy can calm him down before he hurts her. I can't wait for Faith to get into her trance and let them know what is going on. Great update.

Spike's reaction to Kirsten's origins was well written and in character. So, Dawn wasn't supposed to survive Angelus' attack, how did that effect Kirsten's timeline? How is her interference changing the future? I'm looking forward to the aftermath of Faith's spell, too.

The spell is really falling apart now, and I hope Willow gets her just desserts soon. Dawn's devastation is due to Willow's interference. Buffy may be blaming herself now, but I'm looking forward to the truth being revealed.

Another excellent chappy. Don't push yourself. I think you are doing a fine job at your storytelling. I know it's hard not to be critical of yourself, I suffer from the very same issue, but you are doing an excellent job!!!!!

Yes this chapter is "freaking good"! Finally, confirmation on who Kirsten is and Faith being helpful. Can't wait for the gang to realize who cast the spell. What will that mean for Willow? I can't wait to find out.

YES! It's great!! Really. So now they have at least three kids - Dawn, Kirsten and Robbie. I wonder if we will see him sometime. Maybe as a flashback? Since he is a boy, is he more like Spike? Or William, technically, unless he's into punk/goth, too. It would be interesting, but you probably have "back-up" chapters done.
Still, great work. I really love this series.

So Robbie is Connor? Only ecplanation I have, since she says that's her older brother, and Buffy is pregnant with Kirsten now. Unless she's having twins! And Robbie came out first.
Had a vision....could be Cordy, though just as likely to be someone else by that time.
Using the reveal spell is going to show very quickly that Willow is behind this. She shouldn't even be in the house. Buffy and Spike are so going to want her dead for what she's done to Dawn.
Surprised Lawson is being helpful, since he was so incredibly pissed off at Angel in Season 5. I wouldn't think Angel being soulless would matter, since he's still the entity that made Lawson, and the guy can't fully enjoy being a vampire. Penn seemed to be the only fully functional childe Angel ever made.

I knew that was coming but... phew bloomin' hewww... is little bitty bit gonna get an ear bashing from her Daddy. I'm glad you ended the chapter there so that Spike could rant away at her without me eavsdropping in on them. Tellings off really get me jittery, and that one sounds like it could be a doozy. I hope Buffy can calm him down.

I wonder whether the penny will drop with Tara before Faith goes into her trance and gets to see what's occurred? Poor Willow. I'm actually feeling pretty sorry for her right now.

Great update pet.

so Kirsten is also Dawn's sister. Craziness abounds. What repercussions will be wrought by her coming back and saving Dawn? How will life in the future change? Lots of questions, and looking forward to reading more chapters for answers.

'... is it any freaking good?' YES! most certainly. This fic updating is a highlight and something to look forward to. I love what you do with the canon material and how you explore the characters, especially Dawn (who i am usually pretty indifferent to).

Kirsten is interesting too, though as with all mysteries, she is more fun when you don't know what is going on but are left to make up your own ideas. Still the way you are resolving her is pretty much exactly how my imagination had it and thanks for not giving us all the exposition in one big lump. The line in the last chapter where she sees Spike looking at her and thinks 'so busted' was delicious!

As usual, please write more and soon! Yeah, that's right, your fans don't care that you ahve a life they just want more drug please now - sorry about that.
