And Buffy *smile* she had her first encounter with morning sickness. Willow? I fear what she has in mind. Can't be good what she's planning. And Buffy's objections at the end of the chapter A bit fluffyness to read. The thing with Cordelia is hard enough. Hopeful she'll get her out.

I am enjoying the story very much. I appreciate your continuing to write it despite your health problems. I do read each chapter as soon as you post. Don't worry about "losing" readers. I believe a lot of people slow down on both reading and writing fanfiction during the summer. I can tell you from the reader side that there is less new material available for sure. Your readers will catch up later. You are a good writer, so they will come back

Your description of Tara and Oz's relationship is very sweet and believable. I can really see those two as best friends and love the way you keep developing the situation.
Can't wait to see what they are going to do about Cordy. I wonder if she'll be herself should they manage to rescue her or if Angelus will have a second seer's sanity on his considence. As much as I despise him in both of his forms, I wonder if it wouldn't be worse for him to be souled up again and had to live with what he did. Looking forward to see where you are going with that...

I like this. I like that you keep the story balanced. Yes, there's lots of Spuffy, but those scenes are balanced with the bloody, violative Vampiric action and the undercurrent of dark mystical threat from an out of control Willow. All of that combined stops this from becoming saccharine sweet. If that's what some readers want, go buy Mills & Boon. I love the way you put threats and complexity in the path of Spike, Buffy and the gang. I love the way you've integrated the Sunnydale and LA crews, and all praise to you that you've done that on both sides of the good/evil spectrum. Well, there's nothing negative that's gonna be coming from me. I loved this chapter!! Oz/Tara's relationship is great, and I'm really glad to see that she trusts him so much to stay with him. Cordy's situation is horrifying. I feel soo sorry for Queen C, and I hope that Wes is able to rescue her in time. Oh, Willow's really getting into the whole revenge thing now, and it's scaring me even more for the things she's capable of doing. I also see some foreshadowing of her evilness, and I'm getting really freaked for Giles. Can I just say that Spuffy is yummy?!!! They just sizzle regardless of what they're doing. I'm finding that Buffy's tummy probs are very interesting...could be she preggers for real this time? Can't wait to find out!!! Wonderful story, and there's no way you're gonna be losing me as a reader...I'm too hooked and in love with this story to stop reading it before it's done.

I really like this story and avidly read every line as soon as you post. I think that examining the evolving relationships is interesting and I'm glad youa re ataking some time to explore them.. Too bad about Cordy, but I understand the dramatic value that this snatching and torture can have for the overall story. Thanks!

Not sure why you're nervous about this chapter; I loved it. I like the way you write Spike and Buffy; it's a very believable relationship. Maybe not the only way to look at them; but certainly a legitimate way. And can I speculate as to why Buffy's stomach is upset in the morning? Hee! I think the relationship they've also established with Connor is interesting and believable too. I also love the Oz/Tara parts. I'm an old-time Oz fan, but I think this is the first Oz/Tara I've read. Not a relationship I'd have expected, but you make it work. I'm also enjoying the Evil!Willow section-- wonder what she's planning? I doubt it's anything good! And poor Cordy! I hope our heroes go rescue her soon!

I love the way this is building, and the way sweetness of the relationship between Buffy and Spike anchors the story. It's hard to write an ensemble piece that also focuses on one romance, but you're doing a great job with it. Thank you, again!
