Good chapter Nia. Like the way the turth came out. Much better than some planned and prepared meeting with a bunch of people who don't even belong there. - Yup, you've got it right, I don't think too highly of those so called Scoobie-meetings.
And the reactions were beautiful! Buffy really seems to be coming back to herself if the first thing she does is pout over Dawn not looking more like her :-)
Spike was great with her, but then, he always knew just how to handle Dawn...
Really good, looking forward to the next part.

This chapter was emotional without being overwrought. Spike and Buffy's reaction to the revelation rang true, and it solidified feelings they already held for Dawn. Buffy's petulant "She didn't get anything from me" was an amusing bit.

Absolutely brilliant. I could see Dawn's look of shock over what she said. So glad that Spike has stopped arguing about taking Buffy's blood. We need a full up and running Spike. Maybe Willow can come and help with protection spells and the big ball of sunshine spell. I can't wait for the next chapter. Spike and the chipectomy--thank the gods!! So well written and true to the characters. I loved it.
