hm...a rather sad chapter. I feel sorry for Spike because Aubrey died, but at the same time I wish they'd just make up =) I hope Spike manages to convince Buffy that he really does love her. She seems to be in denial about it...although all things considered, I guess eh has a reason to be. Great chapter, as usual!

OK.... this is now officially approaching TOO MUCH angst. Ughh! I'm dying here. Buffy, you want him. Spike, you want her. What is the problem again? I love the regular tension and the UST, but it's too much. It's like watching the series in slow motion or something. Sorry. Great story, or I wouldn't be so irritated by it. Update lots please :)

You know, the way Buffy's acting is sort of making me mad. It would *really* be making me mad, except that I understand why she's doing it. It would suck so bad to have your first time be the way hers was, especially since she loved Spike so much...I just hope she still does, and that Spike comes to realize how much he hurt her that night. You know, I can almost feel sorry for Aubrey...almost. Mostly I just wanna rip her head off for interfering w/ Spike and Buffy. Kinda surprising that they still have issue with one another after an entire year apart...or maybe, considering that it's them, not so surprising. I sincerely hope they can resolve their issues soon, especially the whole Aubrey thing, plus the *cough* liason they had back in chap--what was it? 13? lol I can't keep track of these things...and now I'm rambling. AUUUGH!! NOOOOOO! No new life without Spike!!!! I liked the interaction between Spike and Angel...it'll be interesting to see what'll happen when/if the beans get spilled about the real relationship between Spike and Buffy.
