i luved this story! buffy's child-like innocence, lack of what is deemed to be common sense is just a part of what council stolen from her. I just wonder though, does she still have her soul?

Wow! Just finished reading this story and I must say...Bravo! Loved that Spike stayed pretty much evil and didn't turn all namby pamby. Plus, I love Vamp!Buffy fics and was pleasantly surprised when this one turned into one. Great story and I have to tell you that I think you deserve way more reviews than what you got!

Great story! I really liked the fact that Buffy and Drusilla get along and especially that Drusilla is planning to leave them alone eventually to have her own fun. I also liked how you managed to pull off a vampire Buffy which is soulless but somwhow not completely evil. As I said before, great story. I can't wait to read more of your stories. Keep up the great work!

Very intriguing concept. I love that Buffy & Spike still have the same chemistry even though this Buffy is so much more like Kendra than 'our' Buffy.

Don't suppose there's a sequel in the works? Please?

Wonderful characterization of Withverse Buffy and Spike. I really laughed my self silly reading this wonderful, imaginative story. I have never ever seen Buffy depicted this way and I must say it was most refreshing. Lots and lots of fun. Thanks.

I, for one, adored the story. It gave a view on what Spike had been doing for the past few centuries. Very good insight on the vampires world. I wasn't too sure about the whole Dru thing until the very last sentance, then I was thrilled haha. Would have liked a bit more fluff, but it's superb the way it is. You know, if you had them go into a pub and kill anyone else I would've said "OMG, what a dark evil tale," but since it was Traves and the council of wankers I say "He he he, what a funtastic bloddy tale!" Excellent ending to an excellent story. Thanks for sharing.

Great story. I loved that you used the alternate universe Buffy but she was still very much in keeping with the Buffy we all know. And I do love me some dark yet tender lovin' Spike. I am also glad you didn't make Buffy all soul-having. The ambiguity was a good thing. This may be the first story I've read that depicted a close relationship between Vamp Buffy and Dru. Nice twist. I really have nothing to complain about. Great, original story.

This story was so well written. Great concept of Buffy being "more free" while caged then Spike was with his life situation. I am not a big fan of vamped Buffy stories and had trouble with the concept of her being so free to share Spike with Dru - but I have to say you delt with those concepts as well as could be done. The idea that Dru would eventually move on was a little helpful. I also had trouble seeing Buffy as so obsequious especially after she was turned - but this is a different Buffy so who knows. Great writing and story telling - Thanks.
