Thanks for reposting the chapter 5! I 've read four chapters in a row , and it was very nice. I like how the events are unfolding , even if it's upsetting to know that now that the sheriff is dead , their situation is worse. I love the interactions between Spike and Buffy , and how she slowly responds to his seduction. He's already so possessive! This is something I enjoy in your Spike. :) The background story of his mother and sister was truly terrible. I love this very much!

Author's Response: Thanks. Actually, I'm luckier then some of the authors. I only lost 3 chapters of this one a couple of the others. My new one had just the Prologue posted so that was no big deal. Thanks again. spuf
