giles you rock!!! i hope cecily gets it good. love hove giles is letting her stay. they have the making of a great relationship. i love the angst. if its needed in a story, its needed. i think this is one hell of a story!!!!!

Love Gile's take charge attitude toward the Underwoods! I know that William will figure out the correct approach to make things betters. I just hope that Buffy will listen and let herself love when he does.

Wonderful chapter!!! I love the closeness and bonding between Giles and Buffy....so glad that he told he sees her as his daughter....great job!! Poor William, I don't know what to say....just broke my heart seeing he and Buffy suffer.....but I trust that you'll do a splendid job getting them back together. Love the angst, btw....very believable.....and please, let some kind of retribution happen to Cecily.

Really loved the chapter.....although I'm going to have to stock up with tissues! Loved the way Giles stood up for Buffy.

I like reading into their thoughts and not having to guess what they were thinking, or what they're feeling. i'm really looking forward to their next encounter, even if it will probably be very awkward.

Well, this was bound to happen. Things have been getting very happy and mushy and awfully like an ending for a while now, it is obvious *something* was supposed to happen. *I* still like it :)

now lets hope that it wont get any worse....

It's great to have Giles' character fleshed out. You did a good job keeping him in voice and painting a kind, nurturing adult. His comment about how ghastly the Underwoods are actually brought a smile amidst all the drama. William may be jumping to the wrong conclusions, but you also did a good job making his jump plausible. Conflict makes story more involved and realistic, and you're making it very entertaining.

Thank you.. the quick updates make the angst much more bearable. Great chapter... although I wish William wasn't such a giver-upper (so eloquent aren't I?) It was very nice to see how Giles was behaving with Buffy. THAT'S the Giles that most authors don't quite capture in fanfic. I LOVE it.

Yes, this is sad but I'm glad about this chapter...Giles is so sweet and now Buffy doesn't have to go, yay :). I'm sure it'll be more angst before they get back together because they're young and have issues to work for, but I really love this story and hey, the longer the better. Looking forward to more.
