Br. Roberto, huh? When he helps Willow and Xander (like Giles before) to face the reasons why they did what they did he's godsend.
And Jenny is right, building a new council would be good but it would also bring more work for the watcher. Everybody that is a watcher now has to relearn things.
And they found indeed a slayer handbook between the books? Buffy will like this one more than one written from the Council after Travers lead it.
