Oh dear, I was afraid of that. I can't imagine a good scenario for being called at 3am where it wasn't an emergency! Especially since she hasn't spoken to him in so long. But, yay, all hope isn't lost because Spike loved her secretly too. Wonder how they'll talk again after this debacle. Enjoying the story :)

So Spike was in love with Buffy too, well if they would have talked about their feeling none of this would have happened.

So he is happy in a way that Buffy called, I hope he talks to her lets her know everything he is feeling, even the relieved that Dru is dead.

Oh that didn't go well; first Spike was annoyed that Buffy called so late and then when Buffy told him the reason she called he hung up *sigh*
I feel bad for them both; because (what Buffy doesn't know) Spike really loved her back then. How much they have hurt the other because they kept quiet.
There should be hope for them to get together because they are in love. But that hasn't helped so far, huh? So it's hard to tell what will happen / has to happen to bring them together. Spike stayed in a relationship he didn't really care for, trying to get it to work but he is only relieved that Dru is dead. I wonder what she did to him that caused this / if this is related to the "dark side" of her. Because really? If he didn't love her he should have left her go, finding her happiness with somebody else. What if.... that's the hardest. Doesn't makes sense to rack one's brain about it if you can't change things anyway. Makes only your head hurt.

Yikes! I wish he'd give into himself and call her back!! Buffy must be an awesome actress if she convinced him that she was so happy for him, when she was in her own private hell. Still I wonder what he thought she'd say? He told her he was in love with Dru, pretty much any girl with any pride would be the same way. I'm so happy for you... Do you know how many chapters this one will be? this is definately a 5 star story, can't wait for the Spuffy!

poor buffy. but she must have known that spike wouldn't probably want to speak with her. but good on her for trying anyway. that took a lot of guts.

As for dru/spike. I know that spike wasn't in love with her. But how could he not have at least some type of feelings for her for as long as they were together. . But I didn't like when he say that he was relieved that dru died. Unless, she was just a terrible person to him.

*sighs* These two, need to knock their heads together or something. That's always how it is, though. They both have feelings for each other and never knew. If only he would have told her, or she would have told him. I am kinda relieved that he wasn't really serious about Drusilla. Maybe there's still some hope for those two crazy kids, if Spike would just talk to her. I hope Buffy won't give up and try to contact him again. I think they both really need each other right now. Can't wait for more=)

Okay this is a very good story ,their two stubborn idiots though , God, see how wrong things go with secrets and lies, but It's really good, more please can't wait to see how this pans out.
