This was really good - as always. I like that Drusilla is Spike's mom, and I wonder if she's always been this crazy or if it came after Spike left (or/if when she killed Ethan)?.

An now it's time for William to come clean, at least about who Drusilla is. I really hope he's more afraid of losing Buffy because he can't be honest than he is of what she'll think about his past. Perhaps Dru's words will prod him into finding out for sure how Buffy will react. Wither way, looking forward to any explanation sure to come next chapter!

I think it makes it more interesting that Dru has come back, because if all Spike had to deal with was his memories, I think Buffy could help him resolve that without a ton of difficulty. But instead, he's *still* being traumatized in the present, which is going to make the healing a lot harder coming.

I think you're doing a wonderful job, and hope you get over your writer's block soon! It always makes me so sad when the writers who give me so much pleasure are going through a hard time creatively. We appreciate every word, I promise!

I have to say that Drusilla is perfect as the cruel mother in this story, really crazy. To say poor Spike just isn't enough... Loved this chapter!

Drusilla talked about her child My child was innocent. And now she is no more. Sounds like a female child, as if Spike has (had) a sister.
And Drusilla claims to love Spike? How can she (even now!) treat him like that? Sad that she didn't protect him from the start.

This could be good or bad.. with Buffy's there. But knowing this Buffy.. she is pretty intuitive. She'll be able to figure that Drusilla is part of his problem.. especially with Spike's parting words. But who knows what Dru will say upon her exit..

Glad Spike is standing up to Mommy Dearest.. not a care for her son -only herself and trying to drag him down.. pitiful woman..
