I don't blame William. He was hurt badly from the woman he likes a lot. On a subject that he is sensitive about. On his personality. He already feels that most people just see him as a big nerd and nothing more. But to hear that from someone you are interested in must hurt so much. So I can understand why William would need to feel that a very sexy woman wanting him and thinking of him as more than a nerd. I love what you had Cordelia say......"William may be the poetry reading, honour roll student, 'I do my parents proud' type, but he isn't really a nerd. People can have layers, you know?"
I think William needs to realize that too. That he is more than being really smart and writing poetry. That there are other parts to him. I feel that while he may be channeling Spike sometimes that Spike is slowly becoming one of his many layers. That Spike is becoming part of who he is. If that makes sense. LOL I can relate to cute and "nerdy" William and that is why I love him. I always thought that Spike and Faith would make a hot couple. I don't mind reading Spike/other either. It is Buffy/other that I have a problem with. I can only read Buffy with Spike. Spike with almost anybody. I think it may be because Spike is so hot and I want to imagine it being me on the receiving end of Spike's affections. LOL Anyways, while I find Spike and Faith hot. I hope that William realizes that sleeping with Faith may not make him feel better. Poor William.

I'm glad you understand why William is trying to hook up with Faith, I was beginning to be afraid that I didn't elaborate on his feelings well enough for people to understand why he was acting out. I loved that line too, Corsy is really close with him so she knows him best. Plus, its just true in every way. lol yeah, that makes sense. Thats what I'm trying to do, have him... establish his William-ness but understand his Spike-ness, lol if that makes sense.LOL and I can also relate to it too, I love William for that as well. I agree, Spike and Faith are a hot couple, but Buffy is definitely the one for him =P I can't do Spike/Other, unless its a threesome with Bufy/Faith or Buffy/Cordy. I don't read Buffy/other either, specially not with Angel lol. Oh lol what a life it would be if we were the ones with our very own Spike *sighs*.
