HI P4S! I finally have a chance to read this, even tho I was kinda putting it off cause I know it's gonna be super angsty.But I have to read your stories so I put on my big girl panties and here I am. :)

And boy..angst is the word. Poor Buffy and Spike..she's trapped in some horrible dimension married to RILEY of all people (i despise Riley..tolerated him until "As You Were"..now I just Hate him). So I'm not feeling sorry for him being married to Grizzly! Buffy at all. God what a horrible place. *shudder* And Spike is trapped in some creepy, bad other world with Giant Spiders! Aaaah!
It is kinda confusing but I trust you to straighten it out eventually(hope the angst doesn't kill me by then.)

I see in your A/N that Pagan is helping with this. How is PB? I hope she's good...haven't seen her around these parts in a long while,hopefully she'll get her muse back soon. Send her my love. :)

btw Isn't the Rome! universe where Spike and Buffy are together and happy, and Spike shanshued? Or am I confused? I thought that in the other universe they died? Maybe you should call that Universe, Evil Universe, not Rome!Universe. ;)

I was able to even get PB to feel bad for Riley ... but not you, huh? Shoot, I guess I didn't make it bad enough on him. Sympathy for Riley is short-lived anyway ... he's not my favorite person, either.

You know, I put that note in because I had someone tell me they were confused about how Buffy knew who Dawn was, but now you're the second person to tell me the note was confusing. Basically canon (Evil Joss Universe?) turned into my Rome! universe when Buffy jumped dimensions and sent the other Spike with Andrew back to Rome to where Buffy and Dawn were and yes, that Spike Shanshued later... I probably created more confusion than help with that note, I guess. The only point was that Buffy (and Spike) did remember all that canon stuff and know who Dawn is, even though she (they) didn't live it (or stopped living it at the end of Season 2). I think even I'm confused now ... LOL! Maybe I need to make a flow chart...

This is gonna be a long and angsty one, but hopefully the confusion will clear up by chapter 4, if you don't figure it out sooner.

It will be very interesting to see what you make of this story, as long as there's a happy ending. Interesting scenario it looks a bit like the power of a wish, but what kind of wish? ↲
Another thing, Rome universe feels like the wrong name since the souls they got memories from died together before Rome. The Rome universe should be the one where Buffy visited and made Spike go to his Buffy in Rome, and where they later fought WolfRam and Hart. The name thing isn't that important, but I had to say it :)

Author's Response: Hi Magnus ... Yes, that's true about the Rome thing ... I guess I could just call it 'Joss' evil universe' ... Not sure what else to call it (canon?). I just said that to remind everyone so there was no question as to how Buffy knew who Dawn was ... It's been a long story and that part was a while ago.
