I read your response to my last review and I don't think you have become too predictable. I never know where your evil muse will go. The brief respite of happiness that occur in this story or always a welcome surprise to me. I hope for the best in this chapter but expect the worst. (covers eyes)

Author's Response: Hi Bridget! Well, I'm glad you don't think the story has become predicatble - I do worry about that. glad you like the little respites my muse kicks in, just when he thinks he's pushed everyone to the limit, he will sometimes let off the gas on the angst. Thank goodness! Got more of the fight posted --- you will have to uncover your eyes, however to read it. Thanks so much for stopping in here! Love hearing from you! -p4s 2012.01.25

Love that Bess is studying for the GED. I agree with Buffy that "naughty knots" are the best!! I have no fingernails left after this one. I knew you and your muse would leave us hanging over who won but... I can't believe ya'll left us hanging like this!!! I've called Cordy and arranged for her to send a recording of Angel singing Mandy. Ask your muse how he would like to hear that 24/7 for the rest of his existence?!! I love your suggestion so now I'm off to spend the day looking at the hot picture of Spike. More soon please.

Author's Response: Hi Melly! I got the recording and have been playing Angel singing Mandy for 12 hours straight - the result is now posted. I'm not 100% sure it had the full desired effect, but I'll keep working on him with the dreaded ditty. Glad you liked Bess trying for the GED again - now that she's got a bit of confidence (funny how that little kitty affected so many things in her life and will likely continue to). Ok, your wish is my command - another chapter is up and waiting for you ... please don't throw anything at me and break my computer screen ... {{hugs}} -p4s 2012.01.25

Chews on happy cookie with sedative in it, this fight is making me gain weight from stress eating! Your muse better not have a Dust Devil vacuum on hand for the next chappie, cause I’ve got a pitch fork handy to throw his way. EVIL! MEAN! SINISTER! Your muse….he’s having a good time isn’t he? Chomps on sedative cookie.

Author's Response: Oh no, Vette! I'm so sorry about the weight ... and it won't be over yet, even though another chapter is up. {{eeeeek!!}} Yes, Blue-boy is just giddy with evil excitement at everyone's squirming and screaming. I got more emails in all caps on that one that I've gotten on any other. ... LOL! Keep the ccokies handy and, hey - I bet I can talk BB into going half-sies with you on a gym membership or something for that stress weight. :) {hugs} -p4s 2012.01.25

And the fight is on, and no way to know how it will end. The characters thoughts and feelings were as always well made. Things are looking better for Bess, good, but her problem is that she's looking so young and will not age. Majby there could be an ageing illusion. I really liked the Buffy picture at the beginning, the surprice face was wonderful to see.

Author's Response: Hi Magnus, Glad you enjoyed the fight so far. Yes, that will be a problem for Bess ... but you coudl be right, some kind of glamour to make her look older might help her later. I came across that surprise face looking for some Faith pictures - I think she was being sarcastic with it actually in the show, but it worked perfectly, I thought. That was a Spike-less episode and to be honest, I only watched those the once the first time around, so I can't be sure that was a sarcastic face. Thanks soooo much for stopping in! I do love hearing from you! -p4s 2012.01.25
