This chapter was almost as much fun as the last one!! Spike and the Bot putting on that show for Angel’s benefit was perfect and then Buffy’s idea for vampire wrestling!! Her comments about the “nature show” and Spike’s replies were hilarious!!! Then the Bot’s, “I am not familiar with this form of combat,”! It’s strange, in a wonderful way, how I find myself laughing during such angst fests. Thanks for another wonderful chapter!!

I have to give credit to PaganBaby for suggesting Spike use a name from Monty Python to check in under - that really turned out fun. So glad you're liking it, Melly! Loved the beginning...but of course Mr Broody had to ruin it by reminding them he was there. :( Spike and the Bot pretending they had sex to piss off Angel was hilarious. So something Spike would definitely do. lol

Wow! Feral! Buffy was outta control. I'm surprised Spike was able to control himself and not give in, he's not usually so restrained. ;) At least Buffy is sane for longer periods of time...that's some progress.

The end was funny. loved the pervy room service waiter. ;) and Spike threatening him.

Loved it sweetie, and the angst is bearable in this one. The Unexpected verse got too angsty at a time when RL was tense and stressful.:(

Hmmm ... why would Buffy agree to a 3some with the Bot (or anyone!?). We'll find out ... it'll be a few chapters yet before we're there.

I think if Buffy hadn't been ready to 'dance' with him just a few hours before, Spike probably wouldn't have fought her off, but our sentimental vamp would really rather have her whole being than just her body. He's soooo close to getting it - he wouldn't want to ruin it now. At least, that's my theory.

Everyone liked the pervy room-service guy! Who knew he'd be so popular! He was just trying to be helpful! It's really hard to get such good service these days, ya know! heehee! I liked him too!

I think the Bot helps a lot with the angst in this one. She always has something to interject to keep things light. It will get a bit dark later, but honestly, even then, with the Bot I think it stays bearable. And the dark doesn't last a super long time at all, honestly. I know some of the stories in Unexpected go for long periods with nothing but tears - I totally get that! No worries! Maybe I should wake the Bot up there and have her lighten the mood ... hmmm. Spike would love it! Buffy would like it if she would clean the house, I bet! :) oh! Maybe what we need there is a SPIKEBOT!
