Author's Response: Calm down...Hey I love the smut to and this story and many of my others have plenty of it. It's funny I just noticed that...lol..Unfortunately, I just don't see any smut in the next chapters but you never know. I tend to through in a twist every now and then. Also, It's funny you mentioned Riley getting busted...maybe he will (wink, wink) :) Thanks for the feedback.

LOL Well thank you! It's always nice to find out that your reviews are being taken into consideration. You do get that I must love your fic a hell of a lot for me to read through the Riley parts, right? I mean, I don't usually read stories where Buffy is remotely nice to Riley. But your story is so good that I have to force myself to be understanding about the Riley loving and keep reading. I do understand what's going on. Couples have relationship trouble, the guy make an effort for a while: "Look honey, I've changed!!" but it's all bullshit and it doesn't last. It's typical. I'm glad Spike is fighting for her. I must say, when I read at the beginning of the chapter that she hadn't seen him or talked to him for a month, I got so upset for him that I cried (Yeah, I get emotional like that when Spike is hurting. I'm lame lol) The roses and the poem were sweet and I certainly hope it's enough for Buffy to wake up and smell the coffee. I say... Dump The Riley already! You're FIRED doofus. Sorry, the fired joke is so getting old Ok, shutting up now lol
Author's Response: I was waiting for you to reveiw. I'm with on the whole Riley thing. If you notice, I never write a scene with them getting it on like I do with Spike. I don't think I could stomach it...lol. You're so right about the whole "I've changed" crap having been there but you know there always someone who comes along and changes it...like our boy Spike...Oh you're not lame...I hurt for Spike too...lol...I figured you can't get any better than his last attempts at trying to get Buffy...He had me with the Hershey bar then he melted it and spread it all over my body and he licked it off...lol..sorry couldn't resist...hmmm maybe this want be the last sex scene...I'm getting a chocolate smutty idea...lol...Okay enough rambling...Thank you so much for reviewing.

PS: Beth think mole, face, Inglesias. Seriously what's up with the mole on his face? lol Anyways the one song i always think about that i think goes with the whole Buffy/Spike thing (not in a AU universe but as in normal vampire/human thing) would always be 'Within You" by David Bowie for that film he did.... The Labyrinth. I hear it and its like wow thats so Buffy and Spike. The words fit like a glove.

It seemed bittersweet. But i still think it was good. Few spelling mistakes here and there but all in all still pretty good. If this is to be the "last sex scenes" ever then i will respect your choice as it still is a rockin story. And there doesn't have to be sex....or graphic sex through the whole story to make it good. I am not bothered about her staying with Riley at this point as it just makes for even more interesting possible developements along the way. For now i cannot promise anything but to be honest so for now i will only know as the story developes if i like what i read......(i am bracing myself for the "major faith parts").............As ever the story could do soooooooooo much with RILEY BASHING!!!!! I know i'm a broken record but oh well i don't like Riley so what can i say. Nothing wrong in trying. ok well cya next chapter :)

Well it's my turn again, so ill be honest as i always am. Loved it loads same as ever very close call there. Since i hate faiths guts i know further on in the story (if she will become a "majo"r part) i know i will only want to slap that cow. I hate her as much as i hate Riley. But i'll tought it out. The story could do with a little more Riley bashing though....... bashing Riley only leads to more fun.
I also like the fact that eventhough spike finally "finished" in her as the other reviewer said Buffy won't get preggers.... its to earily for that. (Although just to point out a fact to um the person that said that... even though he may have finished in her men down't have to finish to get you preggers... as long as there is pre cum there you can still get preggers) just wanted to point that out.
Anyways do chop chop with the next update. Waiting can be such a bitch.

Ch 7 was amazingly hot. Ch was very sexy but heartbreaking. O.K. explain to me WHY Buffy is even in the slightest bit interested in Riley now... I guess the whole point of B/S is that they are both a little dense Enlighten them soon please.
Author's Response: Ch 7 happened by accident believe it or not but I hate leaving these two a part. I really enjoyed writing Ch 8. It was time for some sweetness. Buffy and Spike are dense just like in the show. I hated the ending when she confessed to him and he came back with that shitty reply. It really killed it for me and I swore that I would write stories where it was obviously clear they both loved each other. Sorry, I had a moment there :) Thanks for reviewing

Why Buffy is with Riley I have no clue. That poem of Spike's should have been more than enough to show Buffy that he cared and would like to be in a relationship. I'm kind of tired of how wishy-washy and indecisive Buffy is. It'd be great to see her actually make a decision instead of just letting life happen to her. Hopefully she'll find out about another screw up of Riley's so she'll dump his ass. It's so obvious he's manipulating and charming her just like his clients. Buffy's really naive and I hope that she doesn't have to learn the hard way that she is prime pickings for those type of users. I am loving the suspense with the birth control pills. Still loving this story, even if I want to smack some of your characters. :)

I love the chemistry between Buffy and Spike. Really hot. It's a great story and I'm always happy when I see you updated it. One thing though. I'd love if you could give a little more explanation for Buffy's desire to make things work with Riley when she so clearly dislikes him. I'm not really good at relationships but one thing I know is that if I had the choice between a guy I'm not in love with anymore and who's an asshole, and another one who's so sweet, romantic and sexy and clearly likes me, I woud not hesitate to chose. So why would the idea even cross her mind to break things off with Spike? I just need to know a little more about her state of mind and where she comes from psychologically speaking so I can understand her choices better. But that's not even a critic, just a suggestion. I do love your story, you'r style of writing, and you're a pro at writing sex scenes. They're really hot.
Author's Response: I really enjoyed writing this chapter. I also think you're right about giving more insight into her state of mind. I clearly would have dumped Riley for Spike in a second.
