Can I just say WOW!! I have not been able to get on the net in a while and one of the first thing I did was to read this story. I am so impressed and so hooked. You have a great way of expressing things , a great feel for the characters. I agree with a lot of the things you say about the writers and missed opportunities . I have no problem with the way you treat Xander since I felt the same way. I also thought that WIllow got off way to easy on the show and I am looking forward to a little Willow payback .Keep up the good work. Thank you for this great piece of work. I am enjoying every word.Oh yeah. The Buffy and Spike interactions are phenomenal as well as the Dawn/Buffy/ Spike stuff. Luv it Luv it luv it.More soon please. I am not beneath begging.

Week from hell and it's only just Wednesday--hang in there :) Great chapter--loved Spike's thoughts on working with Angel and Riley. He'd do anything for Buffy... And the mental image of Spike emptying a dishwasher? Priceless!

Well slap me silly...that first scene was just WOW....A man with stamnina and domestication....oh is there a class on this and well could spike teach it *laughs*....Now the shit is starting to hit...somehow i see that this hunstman is going to be wanting his price...and well let's just give them willow grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr that girl....either way NICE chapter....good cliffhanger ending too....

Aaaargh...cliffhanger! Very sexy beginning. Mmmmm, a half-naked Spike hopping around the bed trying to get his boots and jeans off. That image alone will sustain me through the entire weekend. *sigh* *pauses to pay homage to naked butt of Spike* Ok, back on track. Hot, delicious, original sex scene between Spike and Buffy. It's not often that I can say a sex scene is original, but I honestly had not read a sex scene like this before. Very...ok, is that even possible for humans? 'Cuz I gotta say, all the guys I've been with would have been huffing and puffing by the time they got down one flight of stairs, let alone two. Not fair. *pouts* I want a vampire boyfriend with the stamina and strength of ten men. Loved the morning after scene too, how casually Buffy and Spike came up the stairs to the kitchen. I can just see Wesley's eyes bug out. Too funny. And Spike unloading the dishwasher was a girl's dream come true. My god, I didn't think Spike could get anymore perfect. If you tell me he can cook a delcious meal, then I'm giving up on the entire population of human males. Game, set, and match. No contest. I'm glad you decided to go at your own pace with this story. I'd hate for you to feel rushed with this. It's too special. I do hope we get to hear more of the hazard's of Willow's increasing power and what the gang is prepared to do about it. Hopefully Tara will voice her opinions on the matter, as she is the closest to Willow. Oh, and who is the Huntsman's lord? Why would the keeper of the hellhounds be warning Dawn about Willow? If the hellhounds are evil, wouldn't that make the Huntsman and his lord evil? And if they are evil, how evil does that make Willow? To have someone with evil intentions warning you about a very powerful witch who happens to be your friend... I'd be very spooked if I were Buffy. Man, I just really wish we knew more about those hellhounds, the Huntsman, and his lord! I'm getting curious to the point of distraction. You have masterfully dangled a very pertinent piece of information. Just enough to keep me wanting more, more, more!

Well, damn! That last line certainly got my attention. Love this story.

first off........spike with half his pants on startled by dawn in bed was hysterical.......soooo damn cute. then of course the "walk" to the basement was.....mmmmmmmmm.........damn buffy is one lucky lucky lady. spikes thoughts bout his new life andhow he feels about buffy was another step in the right direction for the both of them....him realizing that he would do "anything" to keep her safe i think will prove pivital in the months to come. it will help to reinforse to buffy that he will never leave her and will always be there for her the way a man who loves her should be. his love will help her heal.......Tara is just so cute...finding the shorts..*giggles*. she is so intuitive...she just knew where they were and is soo good about not making a big show about it...i like tara...alot...ok, so we all know willow is dangerous but what was the other part of the translation....the first part...... :)

You are too awesome to post when you've had a week from hell and aren't feeling well. The chapter and the effort are much appreciated!! I agree that you should let the story tell itself and follow a natural flow. Don't try to fight; you know how stubborn Buffy and Spike can be. ;) Excellent chapter overall. Again, love naughty Spike and Buffy - your sex scenes are illegally hot but have a beautiful sense of love and connection blended in to them. And I'm so excited about the end revelations...where will it all lead and why is the master warning them? Yummy plot questions to ponder. Feel better!!
