First of all, Congratulations on all your awards Nia! You deserve all that and so much more sweetie. This chapter is a perfect summation to an absolutely stunning first part of your Origins series. My gods, it just shows how far these characters have come (or have fallen). The closeness displayed between Dawn and Tara had me reaching for the kleenex. It makes me wonder how long it has been that Tara has been appreciated like that. I love the sister/mother dynamic you have created between them, even going so far as to say Tara helped Dawn with her first period. It is little touches like this that really breathe life into your story, giving it a wealth of humanity I find astounding. Spike's revelation of the depth of Buffy's feelings for him, and the truth of the situation, was incredible. You always perfectly capture the depth of Spike's love, awe, and general range of emotion. Buffy's revelation about the truth behind Angel's "love" for her was greatly appreciated. So many times, Spike has told Buffy that she never knew the true Angel. The fact that she has finally come to that realization makes me want to do a little jig. Anya and Giles' interaction this chapter was very interesting. I would love to see them give each other a chance. I think they could be exactly what the other needs. Finally, Dawn's discovery at the end of the chapter just made me want to do my fangirl dance. *does fangirl dance* But, only with extra twirls and claps. Squee! Double squee! I eagerly await your much anticipated sequel to see what Dawn does with this piece of information. Will she tell the gang? Will she keep it secret till she gets more info? Will she write it in her diary, for someone to "accidentally" find? Or, will she buy someone a Father's Day card months early? Knowing Dawn, anything is possible. Love you, love your son for being so patient and understanding with his mom, & love your story! *hugs you* Congrats on finishing the first part!

*sighs* Nia, Congrats first off for all the awards and nominations. You richly deserve each an every one. This chapter the end of the first part of the saga this has become, was F'n Fantastic. Willow realizing that she is alone..hmmmmm will it sink in what she has done? Will Xander ever understand anything?(doubt it). Dawn giving Tara some heartfelt sisterly/motherly type love just beautiful. I could feel Tara tensing but then relaxing knowing she finally had people someone who loved her for who she was no misconseptions. Powerful stuff. Oh I would love to see Anya and Giles together. I always thought they would make a great couple. Who else to understand one another a very old demon and a serious book worm. Not to mention Anya's good feel for business. He stops to watch her from behind and just thinks..then she realizes without saying the words yet that she does "love" him. He has proven himself over and over again. HOLY Shinkies Dawn finding more answers...Damn your cliffhangers...I love them all leaving me wanting more and more and more...This was a fantastic way to end this part. you have woven a tapestry of emotions,angst, great romance and sex, and cliffhangers to leave us all throwing things at the screens when we are done reading. Thank you Nia for being inspired to write this and I CAN"T wait to read the rest of it. Give that lovely boy a big hug for letting you have the time to write this and let him know how much we appreciate having giving his mom time to write and post to keep the rest of happy. *bows* Encore Encore Bravo Bravo...And the lights come up, we all run to the bathroom, so we can't run back to our perverbal seats and await the rest of the story..*laughs*...

Loved the chapter! On one side - Dawn told Xander the truth - maybe he'll believes it now. And Tara telling the reast. The other side - Buffy choosing Spike over Angel. Well, technically she did it a long time ago. But this now was just for Angel :-D

This was a great continuation and enhancement of the previous scene -- and VERY cathartic. The tension in the last two chapters has been palpable. Good job! Loved Buffy's "crumbs" comment, and that S&B completely deflated Angel's power play by just leaving. Your Anya is so delightful, and am I detecting the beginnings of a little Ganya?!? It would serve Xander right. I'm curious to see if any of Dawn and Tara's truths will penetrate his dense brain. :)

hands down great chapter! I didn't like Angel with Buffy either because they just didn't do it for me, unlike Spuffy who sizzled with heated looks. YUM! Much preferred Angel with Cordy, so I'm wondering if that'll happen in your story too. Can't wait to see the Xander/Willow talk, Giles/Anya possiblities, and more on Dawn's origin.

Willow and Dawn calmly standing up to Xander was excellent. I can't wait to hear Willow explain herself. I really liked Spike's comfort and support of Buffy, giving her what she needed to regain her balance. Spike's controlled reaction to Angel's anger was also wonderful, and getting that little barb in about Darla and Connor was perfect.

*does fangirl dance* Woo-Hoo! Goodbyyyyye Angel! Stupid freakin' a-hole. Nice non-violent confrontation between Spike and Angel. Loved, loved, loved that Spike stood up for himself without letting the great foreheaded one get to him. Great, amazing dialogue this chapter. Everything that was said, was said with incredible purpose behind. Intense amounts of emotion. My heart is still beating fast after reading it. Dawn and Tara standing up for themselves and telling Xander the truth was wonderful. I was hoping that Xander would hear the facts rather than Willow's self-serving half-truths. Also loved Giles and Anya's interaction. Anya's lines about choosing Spike over Angel were priceless! That girl cracks me up.. lol! You write a magnificent Anya - blunt, brutal, yet somewhat naive and sweet. The chemistry between those two has never been lacking. Giles would be a very lucky man to have her on his arm. I eagerly await the fallout from this chapter - if Buffy does truly backslide. I sincerely hope her nightmares and panic attacks don't resurface. Goddess what an ordeal! I think I need some comfort food after reading this chapter. It's a good thing I've got some easter candy handy. Thanks for another wonderful, intense chapter Nia. You rock!

AH Great Chapter. Loved the way spike and buffy handled angel. Hopefully Angel will wake up and leave . PLEASE update soon and often.
