I'm a professional lurker....I read just about everything out there and review almost nothing, saving my comments for stories that I really respond to, good or bad. This story is GREAT! I love that the baby has chosen them, etc. Really interesting stuff. Can't wait to read the rest!

Yay! So happy that Buffy's cool with the prospect of motherhood. And even happier that she's so at peace with sharing this with Spike. Love, love, love the sexy exploration of Buffy's body by Spike - particularly Spike supping from Buffy's buxom breasts. Spike sucking anything from Buffy's body is hot. Buffy's being awfully calm about all this. It must be all the amazing sex! I enjoyed Buffy's dialogue in this chapter, and the way she referred to 'Lia as "my little girl" was especially sweet.

I've been checking every day to see if this fic had been updated. I was just about to turn off my computer to go to bed--damn, it's 5am, it's about time too!--when I decided to check the site one last time for updates (I'm weak and addicted to fanfic reading)... and here it was! Thanks. I know real life has a not so funny tendency to get in the way sometimes, so I'm just grateful that you found a moment to update and I hope that whatever it is that's not going well in your life right now will get better. Read something way depressing a moment ago and I really needed something sweet to cheer me up. This chapter did it just fine. I love, love, LOVE the relationship between Spike and Buffy in this fic. It's perfect. And I'm crazy about the idea of them being a family. I just hope they're not gonna find anything wrong with Lia... like her turning into a slimmy green demon on her 18th birthday or something like that lol. Keep the chapters coming, girl, I love it.
