OMG! I was on the verge of tears. I am completely OUTRAGED by what Drusilla did to Buffy. And now she's working for mercenaries? It's shocking... Excelletn chapter.

Excellent first chapter! I just stumbled upon this fics and am already hooked. Xander teamed up with Angel and Illyria? WOW!

It's been a few months since I've read anything Buffy. After being a daily reader for years, I just got bored with reading the same plots over and over. But something pulled me to the computer today and as I scanned through the recently added summaries, your story caught my eye. Well 5 hours and 17 chapters later, I am completely hooked!!! The storyline is phenomenal. You have so many different little back stories and side stories going on it's making my head spin (in a good way!). Your charecterizations are terrific. You've been able to build them all to this new place in time in a believable way that stays true to their original personalities. I am also really enjoying your original characters. I especially like Raven and "the M's". I can't wait for another chapter! Thanks for bringing new life to the fandom for me! I do have one question though...What happened to Lorne??

Man, if this is really Buffy, I'm hoping Spike wakes up and moves on to Blue or back to the woman that REALLY loves him......but if this is games being played on him, then I hope he wins the girl and kicks the ass of the one behind the game.......I hope you aren't left waiting too long to know if someone is going to wake Spike up and save him from his dream.........

Well they say the way you start the new year is an indication of how the remainder will go, and I'm starting mine being very impressed with this story, lol. It's a HUGE and complex canvas you're making here with so many threads to tie together that I can imagine this will take some time to completely unravel and then resolve. If these chapters thusfar are anything to go by however it should be a worthwhile journey. One thing I'd like to comment on specifically is how good it is that you indulge the reader with intimate moments focused on interactions between the core BtVS and Ats characters. See due to the large scale of this piece - I mean we've got a globetrotting futurefic here with a heap of OCs, with their own agendas and histories, some even from other realms/dimensions - you could run the risk of creating a fascinating original story that's only tenuously connected to the series and people we got to know and love on tele. Those intimate moments with core characters I refered to (the Giles/Spike opium bar scene, Willow/Xander reflecting on his love life etc being good examples) help maintain those connections though, allowing the reader some comfort in that things feel familiar. This in turn makes them (or at least me) more willing to then explore this new universe you're building so I say well done, more soon please, and a very happy new year to you and yours. 8-)

AH! This is amazing! I love it! I love the confusion inside Buffy's head and the Buffy doll! This is so good! I won't beg for an update, but I'll be hoping for one

I've just caught up! Great story; I'm curious to find out if all those broken hearts can be mended again.....hopefully!

Only just found this story yesterday. Your writing is fabulous. I'm interested to see what Illyria comes up with to help Spike and who will help Buffy and how? Please update soon!
