It's probably past time to change this up a bit...the bits at the bottom (about SB and my pressies are going to stay because they still hold true), but how about some new info?
I know I haven't posted much of anything new for a good while now and that is because something stole my lovely muse and ran away with her...I called in some back-up and some secret agents though and I think I have a fix on her location finally so if things go right there should be some new things in the future.
(In other words: please don't give up on me because there are most certainly still Spuffy stories in my head just itching to come out...I'm not even going to count the files in my 'WIP' folder)

I agree with hotlipedjen's review--this is a lot better than a lot of people's first fics....which actually sounds like it's only good in that regard, so I should probably rephrase and let you know that no matter how much you have or haven't written this is a great start to what looks to be a really interesting story...

While it is true that you have absolutely no real reason to care what I in particular think, is there any possibility that if I ask really nicely you'll maybe update this story? Or what if I try sending some sort of motivating brain waves? ;)
Really though I do hope you continue this...I was looking at the Cradle of Humanity Awards nominations and this was on there and realised that I hadn't heard of it or read it (stuff like that happens when you quit reading fanfic for months I suppose) but you wrote it so I very much had to....and I'm so glad I did! Now I just need there to be more of it :D
You've written a fabulous story and if only I hadn't read it on my phone (which is doubling as a PDA/reader thing), I would have reviewed each and every chapter to tell you so :)

To you, and other readers, I'm sorry it's been so long since I updated. I do have every intention of continuing this story. Unfortunately my writing time is severely limited at the moment. And with my second baby due in two months, writing is taking a bit of a back seat to everything else I need to do to get ready for my new bundle of joy. But I will finish this story if it kills me. Well, I keep *trying* to review this chapter but it won't let me! (the words weren't showing up and then it didn't submit) Hopefully I'll have better luck now . . .
This is a fantastic story and one of the best, best historical fics I've read in a long time. I love the naivete Elizabeth can have and the way that pairs with how William is :) they're really a great pair-but things also aren't easy for them. And Giles being there just adds a whole other layer (and now with the dream . . .) I love it!

Oh how I love Buffy and William and their wonderful, horrible insecurities...Sometimes you just want to hit them over the head and other times you just want to give them a hug. Then of course there are the times you want to do both ;) I love this story and I'm so glad you updated it--and so sorry I haven't reviewed it earlier but reading on my phone is much, much easier than reviewing on it is :)
