Well, the good thing is: She told Spike of her past. That will help her - a lot more than before... the bad thing: She's doing it again: Not wanting to talk any longer, she's distracting Spike :) But I know it will end well. *smile*

"he still felt like he was on the outside looking in" That reminded me of the Staind song "Outside" they say the same thing..."Im on the outside and im looking in" Sorry just had to say that :) Partly cuz i love that song!! Great chapter!! Aw i feel so bad for Spike, he wants her so bad and so does she but she keeps pushing away which is hurting them both.

I just got into this story! It's wonderful!!! I've been so busy writing and reading your other fics, that I skipped over this one, somehow. I've been getting some negative reviews on another site for Rebel Hearts (not realistic enough I guess) and it's kind of put a damper on my writing any of my WIP's, but... I love the last few lines of convo they had about the number of partners - very saddening and angst that Buffy has to keep her secret. Hopefully they'll eventually get to a place where she can share, but I could picture how she wouldn't want him, or anyone else for that matter, to ever know. More please :D
