I didn't see this coming wow it's interesting that of anything Spike would give her Parker to assign her own justice to and I love how she would not lower herself to anyone else's standards and stayed true to herself. Ok I'm thinking maybe* with learning of her past and seeing he was so completely ass backwards on whom he thought she was, he now see's how off and horrific his own behavior was given the circumstances.

Buffy has put on a new coat it seems to protect herself from letting these people get to her. I think given all that has happened it's the tight place for her to be about now. But the cool thing will be seeing how she deals with Spike and seeing the direction you take this storyline and* or if* these two can have a chance together. Could or can she let herself and her guard down at all with him or if he can prove himself worthy of her giving him any kind of second chance.

Spike my oh my he's a paradox of a man isn't he. He seems to be fighting himself, his past, his feelings, and his true self. He's trying to read her now that he's noticed she's an not just another gang girl it seems.

You really wrote out the battle part well where Spike is watching the fight with a intensity, I think he has trained her with all that he knows so she can fight to win and not to let her get hurt. I think when not battling with her himself he seems to do every small thing he can to protect her from the others there.

It's interesting how he has no idea how to fix this or make it better and struggles to find the words and she is so closed off in protecting herself from him she won't let him have a easy out. I really would love to see something like a mission or something where they are forced to be kind to one another or have some small thing happen where they could be good to each other. Cause that in itself would make them have to rethink everything about who thet thought they were dealing with.

Oh I love a good ass kicking!~ Outstanding to see how Buffy is coming along. It's good to see her giving it back the same as she has been treated. I do hope though she keeps some of her softness I realize she has to be strong and not herself around the gang but please keep some of her Buff-i-fied. Wow Spike seems to want to atone a bit here its really wonderful to see these two interact together. Downright intense senes there my hats off to you.

Oh that was a *incrediably* good chapter. You took me on a rollercoaster there, I like how you're writing so good that you arise emotion in me. I could idenify with her indecisiveness in wheather or not to defy him in the beginning, and then when they forced her to fight faith I could almost *feel* the betrayel. Let's not forget the scene with Parker, that was damn good writing. To have the ultimate chance for payback and not take it- is not something I'm sure I would do, however with the ending line (brilliant) I could understand why she walked away. So great, you had me shouting at that. I'm just wondering how, if you do, make a spuffy realtionship beyond sex come about. I'm so interested in where you're going with this. Great job and can't wait to read more!

Mmmm so Spike knows now about Buffy's tragic past. Dawn .. with her he threatened Buffy in the last chapter. Uh-huh ... now Buffy has to fight Faith? Oh I see - it was about Parker. But Buffy is right - if she had killed him she would be not better than him. Looking forward to find out what Spike will do now.

Great chapter, totally loving this fic. Even though Parker should die (and I really hope someone else kills him!) I'm glad Buffy didn't do it. I hope you find some time to write, but I know it can be difficult when real life is kicking your ass.

Oh, my.....a great way to get all the pent of anger from what Parker had done....now Hank needs a round with the new Buffy......I wonder who will get the pleasure of killing Parker, for he can't be left to live......I can see where this might be a cross roads for both Buffy and Spike......him respecting her for not killing Parker in a way, seeing she as kept some of her goodness and innocence yet......and it might open her eyes to the cookie that Spike in his way handed her, and then by allowoing her to walk away from the kill......and yet in his eyes she passed the real initiation he might have not realized he'd given her......I say let the girls have Parker and make him suffer, or I think the girls can make him wish he'd never been born.......nice bit of closure to a bad time in her life Spike provided, and if she looks close she will see he did do it for her, and she does meaning something more to him to have done this for her......but, LOL, that would be to logical for her right now.....but I hope it's stored for future reference when the time comes........
