good chapter...so glad your continuing this story...one thing I didn't care for was the Chief's attitude towards Buffy and Spike. He just seemed overly rude and condensending towards Buffy when he has no reason to be. Besides that though, love the chapter and hope you update soon.

Nice to see this story again. Spike was doing a good job trying to calm Buffy down, but she made some valid points. She is vulnerable because of her memory loss, who knows what Lindsey is going to say about running off with her to Brazil under a false name - the embezzlement was all Buffy's idea and she needed to cover her tracks? the only thing we know is that Lindsey is a scary, manipulative snake and he needs to go to jail for a lot more than embezzlement.

Oh, wow....that was intense.....great set up here for Lindsey's hope soon to be, take down......I'm torn at who I want to do it.......Buffy, Spike, or someone outside the box.......for if outside the box then it can't haunt either Buffy or Spike......but they get the benefit of it happening.....So glad you got back to this story.......
