No, wasn't at all too corny...fighting and then making love, completely Spuffy, lol. Glad they made up (sort of), and that Spike knows that Dawn is his daughter. Awesome job!

Author's Response: Thanks. I wanted to kind of base the Spuffy sex on the show in Smashed. Spike and Buffy are still a little put off by each other and all the lies. I think in the next chapter, I'm going to concentrate on our couple rebuilding their relationship. I have to find a way for Buffy to stay away from Riley, though.
