Very excellent way to cap off the story. It's nice to see that Spike and Buffy are so happy together and that they not only have 2 children but are going to have a third, as well. Great fic!:)

Author's Response: Thanks. Spike and Buffy are such 'old marrieds' really. It cracks me up because if anyone had a 'cherished relationship?' It was Spike and Buffy in season 7 of BTVS. I'm not sure if Joss meant to do it, but he did. They were practically finishing each other's sentences. That's what I got from the last season. A total sense of trust, understanding and loyalty by Spike and Buffy for each other. That's how I wanted to subtley finish this story. Thank you, so much for sticking with it. spuf

Wonderful story and it was great to see them in life. I know that Joyce will eventually come around. It has to be hard to know that she was partly to blame for Dawn being away from Buffy for that long. Just glad that Spike and Buffy do have a support systerm. Great story.
