Sorry - couldn't resist. I'm soo glad Drusilla is gone - Spike is no girlfriendless. Must have been hard for Buffy in the meantime, in a way. I'm sure not when dating Angel... or yet even then.

I like reading more about what Spike went through right after the big break up. Adds a lot to the story. Even if I pretty much know what's going to happen, the extra details just make it seem like new. Love it!

I thought it was really good. Less angst than I anticipated tho. I thought Buffy should have given him a harder time. Don't get me wrong, I Love Spike/Buffy. I Only read Spuffy, but I'm a girl that can't forgive that easily, especially if Spike is unfaithful. I just love him too much for him to get away with it so easy. So, that said, I really, really loved it. thanx luv.

i loved this story so much before, it was one of my faves but if you feel that it needs re-writing i wont complain. i'm looking forward to more chapters to see how you have changed it, although i agree with you, now that i think about it, I dont think Spike paid enough for his mistake,

I know I end up liking Spike later, but the fact that he's infatuated with Buffy while still with Drusilla doesn't make him look so great in my mind. Heh and Anya always makes me smile..."especially not in defense of another woman's honor." =)

But the last part is missing - I think it's now the begin / or in the new chapter.
