I'm wondering if maybe Buffy's parents are really as clueless as she thinks. It would be so neat if all this was a set up somehow between Spike's parents and Buffy's to fix their kids up. Okay maybe i'm reaching but I love happy endings!

Author's Response: LOL That would be pretty cool if both of their parents had set it up, but to no avail- this was just a random hook-up. And Buffy's parents really aren't as naive as she thinks:)

Fun chapter! Lucky Buffy to have Spike as her personal tour guide. Buffy says she's not a kid. She should prove it by being honest with her parents. It just doesn't seem fair to Spike to keep him in the shadows.

Author's Response: Thank you! I'd love to have Spike as a tour guide:) I doubt I'd pay any attention because I'd be too busy gawking at him, but oh well! LOL I agree that it's not fair to keep Spike in the dark from her parents, but in the same sense, I don't think Joyce and Hank would approve of her meeting up with him, especially since she doesn't know him at all. But no worries- Joyce and Hank will find out down the road inevitably- Buffy can't hide it forever:)

Spike is nice, sweet guy. Why wouldn't Buffy's parents approve of him? It's not like he's taking her away from quality family vacation time. Thanks for fast updates! :)

Author's Response: I think Buffy's parents would approve of him, but I don't think they'd approve of her hanging out with some guy she doesn't know by herself. I mean, I know my parents would be kind of worried/skittish about that, and rightfully so. But the question is, do her parents really not know that something's going on? That'll be revealed eventually:)
