Thank you for another great chapter. I just love the Buffy - Doyle friendship. I said it before but I had to say it again because their chemistry in this story as friends is wonderful. I can't wait for the next update. Hopefully Spike will finally open up some to Buffy.

ok, I'm sorry, but I think she still needs to get the hell over it. It bugs the hell out of me that she wants to know everything about Spike's past with Dru this second, not cause she says it'll make him feel better but because she is that damn nosey. The thing with Harmony she blew out of proportion, and if she really wanted to know what the hell is going on then she should just confront him, but no, she avoids him and when he finally gets some time with her..its all "you've got five minutes". I guess what just bugs me the most is the way Buffy is being portrayed...she's winey and quite selfish and she is doing to Spike what she is claiming he is doing to her. It just bugs me is that Spike is the one going through all the turmoil about his love for Buffy and has been for years...but Buffy is made to get all the sympathy cause he didn't tell her who blew him the other night. Bugs the heck out of me.

Author's Response: H! The reason why Buffy wants to know about Spike's past with Dru is because she thinks its key to why he seems like something is troubling him a great deal. All she's wanted to do is be there for him and help him. She has no clue about how long he's had these feelings for her. From her perspective, all she sees is Spike being unhappy and her wanting to help. He shut her out for four years and she saw him coming back as a chance for them to get close and for her to be there for him and have this great relationship with him. Then he just continued to shut her out. When she started having feelings for him and saw him with harmony, she was hurt. And jealous. He'd gone on to her about how sex was this sacred thing and that she should wait and that he had done the same thing, then she finds out he went with the first girl that came along. Still, she has no clue how he really feels about her. I'm just trying to explain her perspective here. You can hate her or not hate her, that's not up to me at this point. Just trying to explain it a little better in case it didn't come across in the story. In Buffy's defense, it's difficult to understand a situation when you don't know the whole story and the person who does, keeps it from you.

oh god..one of these days buffy needs to grow the hell up...its truly none of her buisness what he did with Harmony, he didn't go all the way, she just gave him a blow job which she didn't even finish because he didn't want her too. I'm sorry, but she just showed how immature she was by going to his place of work and making a scene..if she wanted to talk things out with him she should have made him in the last chapter instead of doing what he does, running away. A hypocrite...she can also be labled as one. Despite the ranting above I do enjoy this story and hope you keep it up.

I told it in another review that is maybe gone now (after the crash). Secrets have a certain way to get discovered. Spike DID líe to Buffy. Wonder what will happen next.

Go Buffy. It's OK to let Spike know what an ass he was. I couldn't believe it when Spike didn't tell Buffy the whole truth about what happened with Harmony and I knew it would come back to bite him in the butt. Men are so stupid - of course, Harmony would make a comment. Will Buffy get over the fact that Spike thinks of sex more casually than Buffy does? Loved that she punched him.
