God... poor William! You know, what you're writing here is exactly the same thing my bf and I are going through, and yes, I'm the Buffy here. I find myself reading your story to get some clue as to what I'm feeling and doing... and I feel bad, I really do - but it can't be helped.

Love the chapter by the way... you gotta write more... and soon! :)

Awe that was cute :) It seems that Buffy is slowly acquiring adulthood. If she don't take too long for it she won't loose William. Because a person can only take a certain amount of burden - if Buffy overdoes it, she'll loose him .. maybe.

My heart just about broke for William. He is trying so hard. I can understand where Buffy is coming from, but to be so in love and not know whether she really wants him back is so sad. Maybe he should just break it off. You got me hooked to this story.

Excellent communication between them, finally. William has concerns about Buffy's behavior, and Buffy has concerns about his attitude toward her. William is forgetting that Buffy has some growing up to do, some mistakes of her own to make, before she can truly commit to their relationship. He may want to keep her safe, but Buffy has to be ready. This was a well written chapter, the dialogue did a good job clarifying their feelings.

Poor Spike, love's bitch, LOL......I hope the heartache he is going through will pay off in the end.......WE all need...money to pay for food, gas, rent, etc.......what is it that she needs Spike for is the question they both should be asking.......need him to fall back on when she finds herself in trouble.....or need him like he needs her....the way a loved one needs the others trust, arms, body, heart, and soul to feel loved cherished, a part of something more then just being yourself....but a couple....hmmmmm. What does Buffy need.......can Spike wait that long to find out before he feels used and abused......hmmmmm. Great chapter of taking them closer to some kind of decsion to be made.........

What to do about Buffy......hmmmm. Poor Wiliam, I guess he is going to have to make a decision, does he stay or does he go and let her find her way back to him when and if she wants to accept his love for her, and her feelings for him. What's the saying about loving something and setting it free......

Mmmh - a roller coaster. First Dru gone at last for good, then the girls' night out. But it seems to me when Buffy defended William she knew what she had with (in) him. But I'm not sure if she'll like the talk that will come :)

Gah... thank goodness Dru is out of the picture, and William never allowed Dru to come on to him. Not sure if it's the end of her appearance in this story though, but I hope it is!

What a rollercoaster chapter! So many things happening. Damn Dru is crazy! Can't wait to find out if she's really gone. Ah Buffy, what can I say, guess people have to make bad decisions before they could make good ones.

Ha..so Drusilla DID send the photos..Glad she has been exposed!
So as soon as Buffy gets drunk and all her walls come down..her true feelings come spilling out. To bad William couldn't have been there when Buffy and Faith were talking/arguing! I think he would have liked what Buffy was saying..
And..Awwww..William is so sweet to take care of Buffy like that. Everyone should have someone that cares about them like that. : )

The "break up" last chapter wasn't as brutal as I thought it might be. Buffy and William were mature and looking forward into a possible future together. I liked how William admitted he had been holding back, trying not to overwhelm Buffy while overwhelming her all the same.

This chapter Buffy showed another side, wanting to numb her feelings with alcohol. I liked her light hearted, drunken behavior, and the turn to serious topics at Larry's was well written. The puking and the fight set Buffy up to lean on William again. Faith's "Damn B., he's hot" made me laugh even while William was seriously pissed.

I'm looking forward to their conversation in the morning.
