Love this story. Love your stories in general too. I am hoping for more anguish in this one, it has such angsty possibilities. :-) There is one thing though if you could figure out how to fix I'd be ever so grateful. When your stories post, the sentences and paragraphs don't always fill out the page, it's like most - sometimes all - of them get bunched up on the left side there. It's not a big thing but I feel compelled to fix them, make them fit the screen. Only you and a couple other writers seem to post this way and I have no idea what causes it, but if you could fix that I'd be so happy. Thanks Brat!

Excellent chapter. You can feel the tension coming off Spike and the frustration coming off Buffy in waves. Think the two weeks' notice is a good thing. Now, hopefully, they won't have to hide so much.

The first hurdle... to much to do and to less time. Less sleep isn't good either. Mmm-hmmm and Dru is starting her game. William should fire Buffy, huh? Buffy is quitting - I'm sure Dru will think now she won. But's not the case. I hope it will be better for the two (B&S) in the long run :)

okay, i completely understand what buffy is doing but i hate the way she is underestimating what her and will have. that's just wrong. anyway, i loved the chapter, hated dru in this (not that that's a surprise) and I can't wait for more. great job.

Poor, poor William...but it makes sense what they're doing, it would have lead to problems........and Dru's just a little bit crazy...and I'm glad they're starting to kind of talk about things and how each of them views it...it's good for it not to be perfect all the time. Great update.

Awe - loved the update. So Dru saw a chance to lecture Buffy when Buffy said she made a mistake, huh? Good that William knows the truth. Seems to me that Dru likes to intrigue. But what a way William had to make it better!
