Love your story - A beautiful and hope filled story for both of them. A wonderful growing up rite of passage story for Buffy and love for Buffy and Spike. To Hell with the rest of them, that's what I say.

That was really sweet and wel written. I loved the whole idea and that you let them be together (of course) :) It was so sweet, have to read more of your stories!
Author's Response: thank you, hon :) I'm glad you enjoyed it.
This is something I would have liked to see in S7 - Buffy finally admitting her care and love for Spike. I so missed this. Also I wanted to take revenge on the others for Spike and Buffy - I really disliked the way they all acted toward them.
:) Go then! ;-)

that's nice... i really wanted to see something happening between spike and buffy... and here it is, so sweet and romantic! i love your spike, the way he cared about xmas was believable and warming.
PS you wrote "If I didn't know that the First can appear in the guise of deads, I'd bloody say that you're him"... but the firt can be buffy, 'cos she had been dead... (i dunno, maybe i didn't understant what u were saying..)
Author's Response: thank you very much for the lovely comment, and especially for pointing out that little glitch! :D LOL you're right. I forgot that fact. :P And actually noone has noticed it thus far. LOL Thank you a lot. I corrected that line, added the fact that the First can't touch anything, so now it's not confusing anymore. :)
Double-thanks to you, hon! :)
