love this story. i mean yeah sad that spike was so messed up but its not really all his fault. glad she realizes that! thanks for sharing!! more would always be welcome but the one shot was great!

I don't I have reviewed this story yet. Just read it for the second time. I love this story, it's heartbrakingly (sp?) beautiful. I liked how Spike was full of quilt and how you showed that. You're good at portraying there feelings.

A different take on one of the darker moments for our favorite couple, and a splendidly different ending. Though that one line--"The one thing that had kept her from him, was now playing the part in keeping him from her."--A great little moment of angst that they seem to have over come. A truly beautiful little one shot.

Dark yes, but somehow not so angstsy?

i always enjoy a 'Buffy goes vampire by Spike' story. It just gives me the tingles!

Lovely... it wasn't that dark to me. ;) Love the ending though. I'd read it at your website actually, but now that it's here I decided to review. Although the start was a bit confusing. Not sure how things got to be the way it was. How Buffy became a vamp.
