I would post it all at once, but it doesn't take long for my laptop to start overheating so I can only stay on for short periods. And my online time is limited, so I have to do it as I can. OMG! Had not expected a new update so soon and imagine my surprise when I found not only one but three updates. Weee.
I thought this story was close to it's end but it seems there are more obstacles in the way before Buffy and Spike can have their (hopefully) happy-ending. I'm still amazed by your ability to write these characters so well, all their actions and responses are what I would imagine they would be on the show.
Also, where did Buffy go? Tell me tell me tell me now? Plz? LOL

I hope everything worked out with your dad's EKG and there wasn't anything serious wrong. Hopefully the postponing didn't lead to even more stress and concern for any of you. I hope for the best

And especially thank you for the good wishes about my dad. They're going to do his stress test in the hospital on Monday and then we'll know where we go from there.

Wonderful interaction - love Angel trying to make out all went according to plan even though it was all luck. So Spike's all delayed reaction to sunlight... wonder why?

I'm really sorry to hear about your dad. I've been there myself some years back and I know it's rough. At least you are able to stay with him at the hospital and give him strength and comfort when he needs it most.

Now for your story: Loved it as always. I really like how you had the demon bring humour into the otherwise serious conversation Buffy and Spike were having. And once again you leave us with a cliff hanger.
I'm really looking forwards to reading your next chapter when you get the time to update and to hear news of your father. My thoughts go to you and your family

Phew, I thought Angel had convinced Spike to give Buffy space. Thank goodness Spike's a stubborn fella. I kind of felt a little bad for Angel thinking Buffy was disappointed that he got the Shanshu but then he had to go and talk Spike into avoiding Buffy and that flew out the window. Please don't make us wait too long for chapter 17. I am on pins and needles for the "talk."
