Not telling Buffy everything about himself and Dru isn't lying as long as she doesn't ask a direct question. Having said that, Spike really seems to need to off load and just because his relationship with Dru was weird doesn't mean the same will apply with Buffy. Anyway I'm waffling so please update soon and you can explain everything.

spike isn't lying to her if he doesn't tell her. Besides, personal stuff like that it is hard to say. Most people don't just talk about it easily. Spike shouldn't feel bad for not telling everything in his relationship with Dru. Buffy doesn't need to know everything in his relationship with dru.

Spike isn't so much afraid to tell her about the sexual aspect of his relationship with Dru and how manipulative she was and how sickened he was by the stuff they would do, he's afraid to tell Buffy that he liked some of it.and what she'll think of him then . I don't see why he has to tell her, unless he's afraid he'll want to do some of those things to her.
