Thank goodness Spike found new friends in Buffy and Hannah, cause the people he associated with before were definitely a bunch of vipers. The closing scene was sweet, I'm glad Hannah and Buffy turned Spike's bad day into a good one. Fantastic update!

So it's Lindsey's fault that Spike lost his job, telling their boss about Spike's alcohol problems.... And now Lindsey comes bragging, seems to me like he's got low self-esteem, because he has to be confirmed by Spike, Lindsey keeps telling himself that he matters, that he is somebody. Almost like Darla did, when she showed those photos. Like a cry for help, a very self-destructive cry. They are definately not happy together, sleeping around with others. Why don't they just break up?
The end of the chapter was sweet, liked that Spike called Buffy and Hannah his two favorite girls.

That wasn't as bad as I expected ..... I like the way Spike is picking up Buffy and Hannah's bad habit of running words together they all said the word "wanna " instead of proper English which is "want to.."

Hmmm....well kinda bad timing but nothing serious, must be one of the first times i've read a part were a surprise visit didn't blow up in the persons face..lol
So let me get this straight, Lindsey worked with Spike and got him fired when he lost his fiancee and doesn;t't realise why Spike not want to see him? Bloody idiot isn't he?
Spike was engaged to Drusilla who is best friends with Darla, who is married to Linsey, who worked with Spike, And both Darla and Dru were cheating on their partners with Angel...who by any chance isn't also Angel is he? because that would just complete this seriously messed up group.
well it was good to read a bit more about Spikes past. Maybe now he's clean and sober he can get his job back and get Linsey fired :D

Indeed Spike had better had kept the door closed. So it was Lindsey's fault (not for the drinking, that's right, that is Spike's own fault) that Spike got fired? He is only there to brag (the promotion), to rub salt in Spike's wound. I wonder if that was the only reason or if he knows something (like that Spike is wanted to come back to work?)
Well Buffy's and Hannah's visit went rather well. Even more reason to show Lindsey where the door was.
