I wonder how that should help that Wesley does accompany Spike but hides when he has to slay. Spike could do that alone with the same result. Uh-huh... even Buffy noticed that someone was watching. I guess it is an older vamp...
could become dangerous. I don't see Wesley helping much here; sparring with Buffy and getting trained by Giles will help more (looks like it now to me).

I really like Buffy's observation on the similarity and difference between William and Spike in this chapter. I think it's both of those things equally that are drawing her to Spike. Loved this update - good luck with that RL stuff, I know how it can kick your ass! :-)

AWWW THATS THE SAD TRUTH, I STILL THINK THAT THEM GOING THROUGH IT IS TERRIBLE!!! i LOVE this story and am so happy that u upated. i think its so cute that shes so worried about spike and i think that she should let go and be with spike. i really hope that wes doesnt try to corrupt him and that he doesnt die. also i hope that they get closer and eventually get together. i'm sorry if you answered my question already or not. I asked some chapters back. But i couldn't find it. I might have missed it. Anyways, is Spike going to have another lover in the past or present? I don't like stories where spike makes it all about buffy. I saw that enough in the show. He may not have to have another love. It is your story. But I guess my question really should be. Is Spike going to make it all about Buffy? Spike is my favorite character and I love the fact that he loves so much. But i hated it when spike didn't stand up for himself. Thanks

I wonder who the big bad that Spike is going to have to face. I keep being afraid for Spike and he might die later in the story or come close to dying. And Buffy is going to have a hard dealing with that. But if you get in a relationship with the slayer then you know what can happen. I mean buffy on the show died twice and look she is still alive. LOL

Author's Response: I think I remember answering your question already. :) I hope you'll understand that I don't wanna reveal what's gonna happen later in my story, and to tell the truth, I haven't even gotten the whole story finished in my head yet. All I can say is that it's gonna be Spuffy and I'm not much for Buffy or Spike/other. Anyway, thanks for your review. :)

Yeah, I think Giles regrets the most what happened to William because he is blaming himself. Buffy gets aware of her feelings... not sure if Giles noticed but maybe he did :) *wonders if he would be against Buffy being with Spike*
