Came over here to read story after you started revamping on AO3. This chapter is completely different! I kinda like this one better

Still love this story so much. I love how gently you took us through their accidental mating and how reluctant they were, how they got used to it, and then cherished each other. The progression was natural and believable. 

Still would like a good beta to clean this up; lots of mistakes (including mixing up then/than, strait/straight, their/there, reveling/revealing, your/you're, etc.).

I ate this up, start to finish. What a wonderful story. There are a ton of nitpicky grammar/word/spelling errors -- would love to edit those out for you, but despite those, this is a spectacular read. The characters are spot on, love what you did with them. Dialogue sparkles and propels the story beautifully. The action is good and easy to visualize; sometimes I gloss over those passages in a fic because I sorta get lost and want to skip forward to the fight's conclusions, but I had no need with yours. I loved how you treated Angel; thought it was very believeable... loved that Spike taunted him about joining them in bed. That was SO plausible, I wondered why I hadn't seen that kind of thing in fics more often! I can't say enough about this, except I wish there was an epilogue, and I wish there was more of your stories to read on here (right now this is the only one). Would love to read more of your stuff. In the meantime, you've been added as a favorite author, and I'll cross my fingers you'll come back, or at least comment to let me know where I can devour more of your writing. Bravo!

I began to read it and than I had to start cocking...and I began to think about your first words: The spell did not intend to create a mating bond... I couldn't stop thinking about that... what when they would mate again - wouldn't Buffy be able to trust her mate than? Hope so... *reading on*
... Riley is a dork - didn't he hear what Buffy said to him? No. he didn't... And I'm glad Spike was there at the end of the fight. For a moment I feared Buffy would give up. *squee* I was right ... :)) The bond will help them. Looking forward to the next part!

Ohhhh..great update!!! I'm so glad that Buffy changed her mind in the end...I was worried there, but now I can't wait for the next chapter.

Wow. Been awhile since you have updated, but this chapter made it all worthwhile! How utterly fantastic that Buffy would be so agreeable to becoming Spike's mate again. Very touching. Can't wait to see what happens next. Oh, and Riley's a bonehead. But we all already knew that, huh?

Thank you for not prolonging our agony by keeping them apart for chapters on end. Love the reunion. Can't wait for the next chapter.
