I am so very glad you are back. That cliffhanger was a doozy! I want Spike back almost as badly as Buffy. Great update. I liked seeing the Iniative boys as having some sort of free will - goodness knows I never write them that way! It's a nice change. I can't wait - and I really, really mean this - for another update. I'm with the first reviewer - yesterday isn't soon enough. Thanks for the update.

AAHHHHH!!!! Oh no, what's going to happen to Spike now? They have to get him back!!! (So, yeah, I couldn't help panicking at that. The Initiative just really gets on my nerves.) Great chapter, though, and I especially love the bit where Spike laughed at Giles.

That was such a beautiful chapter, the emotional drain of knowing whats to happen. I can't imagine what that would be like, but youre characters are handling it realistically. Very moving. I assure you I will be there to read the next chapter whenever you update. Have a good trip!

post again, post again! i'm loving the deepening of the claim. can't wait to see what challenge they face next, whether it be the Initiative or otherwise! i love the depth of emotion you have emboldened Buffy with. it just shows us how hard the following year was for her. please update again!

Spike's reaction was so well written. A man's ego is a complicated thing indeed. I like how you very subtely shifted him from angered embarassment to resignation to sexual predator. It was great! Thanks for the update. I can't wait to see what happens next with the Initiative. Personaly, I have a tendency to blow them up.
