I don't like to leave negative reviews, and I am going to keep reading to see if there is an explanation, but the timing is really off on this, or at least it seems so. You have her in an abortion clinic, and from what I can tell, it is only a few days later and she gives birth due to an auto accident. You made it seem like Buffy was still in her first trimester getting ready to have an abortion, but then a week later this fetus can survive on its own. If anything, maybe you can clarify the timing or something. And again, it is possible I still missed something even though I re-read the last few chapters.

Wait a minute, how far along was she that this baby girl is alright? Maybe I missed something. I'll have to go back and check, but babies before 26 weeks usually don't make it, and babies under 32 weeks generally are not alright when they're born. They may live, but it's usually more complicated than them being alright.
