wonderful chapter!!! I absolutely loved the cuteness that is Dawn & Spike. You just make Buffy's family come alive. Joyce and Dawn seem so real and so loving. Buffy is one very lucky girl to have a wonderful family like that. And she is doubly blessed to have a boyfriend like Spike. Yum. I adore how you seem to perfectly capture all the characters, take everything that is wonderful and human from their characters on the show, add your own personal touch, and infuse that all into a totally AU story. It is very rare that you find the perfect blend of canon and AU, but you have really nailed it with this story. I can't wait to see Buffy's reaction when she finds out Dawn went to the prison.

wow, great chapter. loved the dreams, they were very original and great too :P I like to know they care so much for each other. You know what could have been really cool too? that instead of two dreams, both had the same dream and found the other in there. But they would know they are dreaming; some people say that kind of things happen, that people sometimes find the other(s) in the dreams. that would have been cool :P But amazing chapter anyways ;)

great angst Isabel! both dreams so heavy with the themes of Buffy risking everything to be with him. it sounds like she is afraid of what will happen to him as she delves further into the facts of his case, and he fears for her. i hope they don't let their fears overcome whatever they have built up till now. it's much too precious. wonderful dream sequences!

This chapter was funny, sexy, touching, romantic, angsty, and suspenseful all in one. Just awesome! Thank god it was Dawn and not Harmony or Giles that overheard Buffy's conversation with Spike. Yikes. I loved the sisterly moment at the end. There just weren't enough of those on BtVS. And I also loved the sweet things said over the phone. So cute - now he's her "boyfriend"! Makes me want to eat them both up, they're so cute. Great chapter again!

Well, all of you who reviewed did lol I'm writing chapter 17 as we speak and was gonna stop for the night, but after all the wonderful review, I'm thinking I might try to finish it before going to bed. See? You're reviews are not for nothing. lol I always wanted Buffy and Dawn to be closer on the show and they kinda put Dawn on the sideline in S7. That's why I'm making her more present in this story. I think poor Buffy needs someone to talk to.

Author's Response: I love Faith. There's just so much you can do with this character. That's why I included her in the story. You're right. She needs a decent boyfriend. I'll think about it. I'm not promissing anything because I don't want to focus the fic on her, but who knows. She might just meet the right guy lol I'll just have to think of someone beside Robin Wood cause I can't stand the guy.
