Xander = trouble.
I don't like how Xander's reaction was to lie when confronted by William. Makes me question his character. But, heh, Xander is the least liked Scooby on my part, so it's not OOC for me...

Cordelia can be nice sometimes, but otherwise, she's just a pain LOL Buffy's beautiful naturally, Cordy isn't- she needs to get over that. I think it'll be interesting to see how the make-over goes- hopefully Cordy doesn't do anything too drastic to Buffy's looks. And good on Buffy for staying strong at the restaurant
Author's Response: lol, Cordelia just doesn't like competition, not canon Cordy and not this one. Buffy, I think is a little stronger than all of them suspect.

Love the plot shift! Their marriage was bound to become sour sooner or later, and it's probably good that it's in the beginning. It's time for both of them to realize how rash their decision was, but I'm stil hoping for the best for them:)

I like how you wrote both Xander and Cordy in this chapter, and I think having Spike be a jerk for a bit was necessary so as to prove to Buffy that they indeed didn't know each other that well- perfectly written:)

Very interesting portrayal of Xander...I like it:) I can't wait to read more and see exactly what trouble he's brewing for the newlyweds. I also was happy to see that Buffy was skittish of a few things- very realistic emotions after such a whirlwind lifestyle change!
