i love the whole idea of there being a little bundle of buffy and spike's love, but is this going to be a baby fic? cause most baby fics tend to focus more on the baby instead of the main story and it really goes downhill from there... but, it's your story, i know you'll make it work either way... i have another question to ask... uhm, is the claim between them for buffy to become immortal too? cause i have read fics that have claims and buffy isn't immortal... i just wanted to know if your version of the claim made buffy immortal... anyway, love this update.... thank you so much for sharing and hope you continue to update...

Just don't do entire chapters about shopping for baby stuff and discussing how wonderful and romantic pregnancy sex is and you should be fine. Personally I think most baby fics fail because they idealize how wonderful being pregnant is. People still have lives when they're pregnant, babies are just a part of that life. And to clarify the sex thing.... I'd love more smut, but not everybody (myself included) wants to think about the baby during the sex. Think of it this way.. do you really want YoUR parents thinking about you while they have sex? YUCK. OK, thereis my soapbox about baby fics. Thank you for listening. And, by the way, great chapter. I love how they found out.

This was a cute chapter, you rock as always! I really don't mind the baby fictions, even when Spike's a vampire. I think it's cute for him to have a baby, something he never thought he could have. Thank you for putting Lorne in here, he's one of my favorite characters. Can't wait for more=)
