I liked the last two chapters. Yea for Buffy acknowledging that she and Spike are together. I hope this is the last of Riley but somehow I don't think so. I hope the next chapter is going to be very romantic.

That made my day, lol. I loved the little ultimatum that Buffy set for her friends! I still think Riley should be kicked a couple more times or told off to not come around if he does again, but yea they did make their point so maybe I'll just suck it up, lol. BTW you left the story on a perfect note! I honestly can't remember if there was Spuffy already or if they have been just teasing around it which is a good thing because that means the Spuffy doesn't make the story! It's good no matter what :) I love how this fic stands its ground on its own - great job!

Buffy hit Riley 3 times! Squee! *does fangirl dance* Ok, now that I've got that out of my system... Lovely chapter Ashlee. I was so thrilled to see Buffy confront her friends and not hide behind the pretty lies that she used to adhere to. I'm so glad she was honest with them, as well as herself. I think you captured everyone's response to her news perfectly. Xander and Riley would, predictably, have a fit. Willow and Tara, I knew would support her. I'm sure Giles will come around in time. I can't wait to see what is on Buffy's naughty vixen mind.

Yeah! I always understood there was a balance to maintain with her friends and at times she definitely shut them out, but there were moments when I wished Buffy had told her friends to all go to hell. I'm glad you did that for me here. *bg* This was a great chapter. Everyone was very in character. I love Willow chasing after and just looking for reassurances of her friend's happiness. Now on to the loving'. *wg*

This was just so incredibly sweet! I love the gradual closeness you are building between the two. I'm still curious as to why they can feel each other, but I figure you'll tell us in good time. The last scene with Buffy going to see if Spike wanted to go to the Scooby meeting was just priceless. Spike's insecurity, smirks, and assertive kisses just made me want to smoosh him. In a good way. Joyce was very cool about the whole bitey thing. Great chapter again Ashlee! I'm excited to see if Buffy continues to hold hands with Spike in front of the Scoobs. And if so, what kind of reaction they get for their public display of affection.
