Referring to Cordy's warning was very clever. The battle was done in away that I could envision it, but their reactions to each other stayed the focus. Great beginning!

First chapter, damn. The second chapter...HOT DAMN!!!! In other words I really liked it and I'm hooked on this story. It had awesome action scenes with the apocalyptic battle and all and it really stayed true to the characters. Also this is probably the most honest, best damn potrayal of Angel that I've ever seen in any fic. Great job.

This is really, really good! I don't think you've done Angel any injustice so far--I'm far from hating him, and I thought he was portrayed fairly. Please, continue this--I want to see what comes next :)

Rock on! This chapter ruled. Love this beginning and I'm so glad you are delving into issues left unfinished or unexplored by both shows. I love all the things Buffy said to Spike, especially how all she wanted was to see him again; it wasn't about starting some grand romance again. And the other point of hers I loved was that other people were affected by his death too. Your grown-up Buffy is how I would have imagined her post-"Chosen," living life in Rome. I can't wait for your take on Angel now. I do like the character and think he is fascinating, but it did annoy me how it seemed like he never learned from him mistakes and if he did it was always *slow* going. More soon!
