Oh Kimber, that was just so beautiful and heartwrenching, oh the tears and the clinging and the angst. They are still so damn in love with each other but neither will do anything about it, yet at least. So sad. But what an amazing chapter! I am seriously at the edge of my seat waiting for the next one. =)

I should not have taken so long to review this story - my apologies - as I have been following it since the beginning. Spuffy shipper that I am, the Spike/Fred parts alternately made be want to scream/broke my heart. How funny to find a writer whose work I quite simply adore attached to this story as your beta. She recommended that I "hang in there" with this piece, and I am so glad that I did because (now that we're past the bad, but necessary, part), the story just keeps getting better. I'm not a Riley fan, but it is so dfficult not to like him here. And I'm loving the relationship that Spike shares with Angel. I'm finding myself desperately hoping that these two find their way back to one another at the end of this painful road... Enjoying this story so much! All the best, M. Smith

Will was right, if Cecily knew of Angel's abuse toward William, why did she do nothing if she is so "concerned". And I'm glad Will gets the mojority of Giles money..he deserves besides being his right. I'm glad Will and Buffy are still together and hopefully the step mom won't be too much of a bother. Great story.

ok I'm incredibly depressed. Poor poor William! (I'm glad he at least has friends there for him, but still - the poor guy has had a sucky life) Please make it better soon! Anyway, great story and I can't wait to read more :)

That was really sad. I'm glad you didn't make Riley evil and instead made him noble and understanding, but I generally seem to be more accepting of Angel and Riley when they interfere with Spuffy in stories. I'm all teary now. *sniffle*

Damn that was sad. I have to say I feel sorry for Riley but he knew what he was getting into when ask a woman who did not love him to marry him. To love somebody is one thing but to be in love well lets just say its hard to distinquish that eternal burning flame. Okay I'm getting all mushy. Loved the chapter and the quick update. I guess the story will be ending shortly...pity but I'm glad you're not dragging it out.
